Step 1
Evaluate your Non Functional LCD Stock:
Consider what you have, we accept LCDs in any condition but shipments containing higher percentages of cracked screens or water damaged displays will yield a lower percentage of repaired units.
Step 3
Confirmation:
Upon receipt of an LCD Repair Processing Form, Global Direct Parts will acknowledge receipt via e-mail.
A knowledgeable, professional refurbishment representative will contact the client in order to discuss price and viability for processing.
Based upon this consultation, Global Direct Parts will then issue the client a Yield Estimate which will detail projected yield and exact cost per model. (In instances where the client does not detail the supply, this will be noted this on the Yield Estimate. The client agrees to accept Global Direct Parts' post triage assessment as the official count of models and qty received.)
The Client returns a signed copy of the Yield Estimate (via PDF). This returned, signed Yield Estimate serves as the Purchase Order.
Step 4
Package Your LCDs:
Securely wrap (in plastic wrap) same model LCDs, in 10 unit bundles. Surround each bundle with bubble wrap for cushioning. Label each 10 unit bundle of LCDs screens with the correct, corresponding model description, when available. (example: ax260 LCD screens)
Place bubble wrapped bundles of 10 in double walled corrugated shipping box.
(Make sure that the bundles are packed tightly so bundles cannot move during shipping.)
Clearly apply your Invoice Number (located on your Yield Estimate) to the outside of each shipping box.
Step 5
Shipment and Processing:
Ship your packaged LCDs to Global Direct Parts’ Refurbishment Facility (address located on the Yield Estimate).
Customer pays freight from their location to our processing facility.
Global Direct Parts pays freight from our processing facility to client return location.
Global Direct Parts typically completes triage and processing in under two weeks from the date displays are received to our facility.
Step 6
Payment:
Once triage and repair are affected Global Direct Parts will issue an invoice against the Yield Estimate / PO (via e-mail).
Invoice Shall detail:
- Total units received (by model)
- Total units triaged (by model)
- Total units repaired (by model)
- Total payment due
Payments via Credit Card, or Wire Transfer is required in full prior to our shipping refurbished stock back to the client. Credit terms are available for qualified clients able to contract for volume monthly refurbishment repairs.
Step 7
Return Shipment to Client:
Once Payment is affected by the client, Global Direct Parts immediately express ships to any location World Wide. (Transit times vary depending on customer location.)
